At Bucking Brand Company, we believe shopping should feel easy and worry-free. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to request a refund. We're here to help!

Options:

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Get a refund for the product cost only.
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and have tag still attached.
  • Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
  • Refund will be transferred back to original payment method after we have received the item(s) back.

Store Credit

  • Receive the full purchase value as store credit. 
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and have tag still attached.
  • Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
  • Store credit will be available to you after we have received the item(s) back.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will cover everything.

  • Choose a free exchange, or
  • Select or refund or store credit option.
  • Shipping both ways is on us!

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or click the link below.

Sign in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for us to better understand the reason.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive your refund within 5 business days.

Important: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and have tag still attached. Items that don't meet these conditions will not be eligible.

What Can't Be Returned

  • Worn, washed, used apparel without the tag
  • Used beauty products
  • Holiday items
